Design and Construction of a four level apartment building comprising 36 independent living apartments with quality finishes, ground floor Health and Wellbeing Centre and ground floor undercover car park. The Health & Wellbeing Centre features a pool, medical consulting rooms, exercise studio, hairdressing salon, indoor gym and exercise area.
The Arilla Independent Living Apartments are located within the Arilla Village in South Morang set on over eight hectares of land and surrounded by parklands.
The building is efficiently planned with its orientation maximising natural light to living spaces and providing an expansive outlook to the prevailing views whilst taking advantage of passive solar design to minimise energy consumption. The external facades are articulated both vertically and horizontally creating a sense of identity for each apartment. The building’s external detailing and colour palette complements the natural textures and tones of the surrounding landscape.
The internal architectural detailing, textures and finishes are contemporary and homely creating a warm and friendly living environment for the residents.
