Refurbishment and extension of existing 1980’s community church facilities.

 

Works included the demolition of the single level portal frame structure to the rear of the building and providing new footings for a 2 level structural steel building. The project involved working in and around existing office, chapel and amenities areas which needed to be maintained throughout extensive demolition and close proximity construction works.

 

A new lift/pit was installed to provide access to the increased floor space which added in another multipurpose room, office areas, classrooms, amenities and associated services upgrade and integration with the existing building.
