The building works will double the number of Paediatric Intensive Care beds. The project is an interim solution to meet the increased demand on the currently available facilities.

TOM JOHNSTON PAVILION- CHELSEA

Tom Johnston Pavilion is a major upgrade of the 1960s sports pavilion. The upgrade is set to provide a much needed boost to the local community and encourage more involvements in community sports. Key elements of the redevelopment feature construction of a northern two level wing including new change facilities, amenities and kiosk as well as construction of a southern single level wing. The use of a range of metallic colours and complimentary renders will enhance the aesthetic and architectural profile of this sports and leisure facility.

MERRIANG SPECIALIST SCHOOL

Construction of new special development school facility over 1900M² on a green field. The building consists of a therapy pool, staff offices and administration areas, classrooms, cooking facilities and toilet areas for staff and students. The associated external works consisted of running tracks, artificial turf, playground equipment area, extensive driveways and carpark. Rainwater was harvested through above ground tanks with a Storm water retention basin installed at the request of local council.
