Construction of a new Masters Home Improvement Store, a large retail warehouse with over 12,000m² of floor area.

 

The building is constructed of precast concrete external walls with steel portal frame construction and a trading floor with polished burnished concrete finish.

 

The building contains three main distinct components, a landscape gardening supplies section to the west, retail floor space in the centre, including cafe and office mezzanine) and a trade section to the east.

 

The mezzanine level for administration is accommodated above the ground level showroom. Glazing is incorporated throughout the southern elevation providing window fronts, glazed egress doors and glazed automatic sliding doors.

 

The store incorporates a fresh contemporary look, with numerous environmentally sustainable design principles.
