Stage 2 is a state-of-the-art three level building adjoining the new community facilities and provides 35 architecturally designed luxury units, each with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and 13 residential aged care rooms with ensuites for low care and high care residents. The new building is an extension to the previously constructed Stage 1.

 

This stage also included a new Community Hub with corporate offices, cafe, library, indoor heated lap pool, gymnasium, multipurpose hall, billiard room, day care and wellbeing centre.

 

A new Day Respite Centre provides respite care for the aged residing in the local community. An outside terrace with bowling and putting greens, barbecue and alfresco dining was also constructed as part of this stage.

 

The architectural design of the luxury units features five unique designs varying in layouts, size and colour scheme to cater for different tastes. The luxury apartments feature high end finishes stone bench tops and tiled floor and wall finishes, premium fixtures and fittings and top of the range European appliances.

 

tage 2 was constructed within an operating Aged Care facility. Extreme care and awareness of the occupants had to be provided with minimal disruption to existing services.
