Construction of a 900m² renal oncology ward with new seven treatment rooms, consulting/ treatment suites, administration, waiting room and amenities.

 

The project also included construction of a new car park, pedestrian areas, internal and external plant enclosures and external garden courtyards.

 

As the new ward was located adjacent to the hospital main entry, our team was required to manage several operational challenges and ensure minimal disruption to hospital operations.

 

Open and consistent communication with the end client as well as a high degree of coordination ensured a smooth construction process.
