DET Moreland Precinct
Complete $7.0 Million strip out and refurbishment
of a 3 storey office building. The project
included an external clean and paint to the facade,
a new glass canopy over the entry, paving and
associated site works.
Dandenong Police Station
Staged internal fit out and external extension
comprising construction of a pavilion on top of
existing prison cells. The works are staged to

Reconversion of the existing 5 Level Australia Post building
including two level basement. Works involved the addition of a 6th floor level office area and

Refurbishment of a two level building into a
contemporary A Grade Building. Works involved the installation
of new vertical transportation in the atrium, Façade replacement and
