Part of a 3 Stage redevelopment of Mayflower Group's Brighton site, Stage 3 comprised construction of two apartment buildings featuring state-of-the-art architecturally designed independent living units.

 

Stage 3 East is a three-level building plus a basement car park comprising 21 apartments with two bedrooms and two bathrooms including balconies.

 

>Stage 3 West is a two-storey building with four larger independent living apartments. Similar to Stage 2, the Stage 3 apartments are designed to feature top end finishes, stone bench tops and tiles floor and wall finishes, premium fixtures and fittings and top of the range European appliances
