Construction of 5 new ‘5 Star Green Star’ buildings across two school campuses with a total floor area of 1,200M² as part of the Keysborough/ Springvale Regeneration Project involving the amalgamation of four schools into one across two sites.

 

The project involved major infrastructure works associated with electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and fire protection services in order to combine the 4 Schools.

 

External works include concrete and granite sand paving, landscaped gardens, rains gardens, rain harvesting tanks, concrete amphitheatre and external hard court for mixed use.

 

According to the architect , the new facility was designed to support a wide range of pedagogical and structural teaching strategies and contribute to improved learning outcomes.
